If your routing number, account number and name do not match on an e-check payout, the transaction will fail and the funds will be returned to your LeagueSafe (Fanball Wallet) account. Unfortunately, once you set the process in motion, we cannot stop the payout attempt nor can we speed up the failure or return process (because the payout attempt is happening through our partner bank).
Usually it takes between 2-3 days for the funds to return to your Fanball Wallet, at that point you will receive an email from LeagueSafe notifying you of the failed transaction. Once that occurs you can log in and make another payout attempt.
