If you're having any trouble opening a ticket with our customer support team. Here's a few ways you can do it.

This opens our customer support form, where you can enter all of the relevant information, like your league ID number, issue type, and status on how you're accessing LeagueSafe.
If that doesn't work, you can optionally send us an email at customerservice@leaguesafe.com and it will automatically open a ticket for you. But generally we need a bit more info, so it might delay your ticket completion slightly as we may have to ask you a few questions.
Our customer support team is generally available from 8am to 10pm CT on most days (not holidays). During our busiest times of the year (August-September and in early January) sometimes you'll see a bit of a delay in our response, but usually we get back to you within a few hours.
We get back to tickets on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note the following:
- If you continue to reply to your own ticket before we respond, it sends you to the bottom of the list and the back of the line. Obviously if you're in a hurry, that's not what you want to do.
- If you open several tickets on the same topic, we tend to get to your first one and merge your other tickets into that ticket. More tickets does not equal faster service.
- The more details you can give us on a ticket, the better. Transaction numbers, league IDs, if you have multiple accounts, etc. It all helps us put the puzzle together that much more quickly, to get you on your way with your fantasy funds.
