The C22 error code means that the league is too old for you to make a payment, and you can no longer make payments to that league.
For security reasons we do not allow payments to be made to leagues once they reach a certain date after allocations open.
For commissioners, you must roll over your previous year's league in order for members to make a new payment. Here is how to complete a league rollover.
You have two options to make your payment:
1. You can make an additional payment to a current (this year's) version of a league, and the commissioner can allocate said funds at the end of the season.
2. You can settle up your payments offline.
